| Static, nonanimated emote commissions are only available during this time. Please specify what you need the emote for (Twitch, Discord, etc.) and I will send you the respective file sizes. An invoice will be sent to you through email for payment. It will take me about 5-7 business days to finish the commission. I will update you with a sketch after 1-2 business days and we can make adjustments as needed. |

I, the artist retain ALL RIGHTS to the commission. You, the client may only use the commission for personal use unless you have paid for a monetized commission.
I only work on the weekdays. If you contact me about your commission on the weekend, I will respond with changes on Monday.
All payments are non-refundable unless there is a situation that arises in which I will not be able to complete the commission or you cancel the commission. If I am not able to complete the commission, 95% of your payment will be refunded to you. If you wish to cancel the commission, your payment will be refunded to you based on how far along my progress has been made with the commission.
Depending on the type of revision and its complexity I may or may not refuse it. However, under most circumstances, I will take revisions if you request them. You have 6 months to request any modifications after the commission is completed, which will incur the additional fee for modifications. If something happens to your commission and you would like to request the files again, there is a limit of 2 years to request. Afterward, I will no longer have the files with me anymore.
All communication between the Client and Artist will be kept confidential. I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece for advertisement on social media unless otherwise disclosed by the client.
All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.
By contacting me for work you are hereby agreeing to the terms expressed above.
